How to move website from AWS to local

First, we need the file of pem to connect to the EC2 Instance by SSH.

Then, use PuTTY to connect Windows to EC2.Install PuTTY on your local computer
Download PuTTY first.

Convert private key using PuTTYgen

The private key is a file(.pem file),we need to convert .pem file to a .ppk file with by PuTTY.

1.load the .pem from PuTTYgen

At the WinSCP login screen, for Host name, enter the public DNS hostname

For Amazon Linux 2 or the Amazon Linux AMI, the user name is ec2-user.
Specify the private key for your instance. For Private key, enter the path to your private key, or choose the “…” button to browse for the file. To open the advanced site settings, for newer versions of WinSCP, choose Advanced. To find the Private key file setting, under SSH, choose Authentication.
