nopcommerce source code version install tips

1. click the file “CodeFirstInstallationService’’ and save .
   the path is libraries\nop.services\
2. start with
   presentation\nop.web check in the browser
3. nop.web/app-data/ to display all files，then open setting.txt，update the database
